Is the Intel Celeron M Processor 530 @ 1.73GHz any good for the average user ?
I plan on purchasing a notebook really soon, and came across the Acer Aspire 4315-2490 Notebook Laptop. this laptop features :

80GB Hard Drive
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100
Will this notebook be able to handle Windows Vista ultimate, with Aero and what not. It comes standard with Vista Basic. Also will I be able to play casual gaming ?
I read on the intel site and it says that this processor is :
64Bit and it supports Execute Disable Bit
