CHEAP SONY NOTEBOOKS
I need help choosing a laptop for college?
I’m considering either a Macbook or a Sony Vaio SR notebook. I’ve never owned a Mac before, but I use it at school and it seems simple and clean. The Sony is about $200-300 cheaper with their current discount rate, it’s lighter, it comes in pink (not that that’s a deal breaker or anything), and I’m more used to Windows. I know you can also use windows on a mac, but does that cost a lot? Overall, I’m stuck between choosing one over the other. Also, would there be any programs that I would need in college that won’t work on a Mac?

I just bought an HP Mini at costco fully loaded for five hundred tax included
It has an extremely large keyboard for the size, weighs only 2.38 lbs
also comes with a webcam built in. the ram is 1gig and the hard drive is 60gb
has wireless built in, along with blue tooth
so if you are looking to store a ton, this wouldn’t be an option for you
but if you are looking for space saving efficiency, mobility for note taking, then this is an excellent choice
but if your set on one of the two, then go with windows, it sounds like you are really used to it. but if your willing to change, mac os is more stable.
