DELL LAPTOP COMPUTERS TROUBLESHOOTING
Laptop sound settings aren’t working because everything got deleted..r/o please?
My mom took her computer in and all her settings got deleted. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but nothing seems to be working. She has a Dell Laptop. It’s not on mute or anything…I’ve already tried. Is there something I need to download online? Is it free and how? Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

isn’t you got CD when you buy your laptop? maybe there’s got the driver for your sound card
