If I ship a brand new Dell Notebook to a friend in Argentina, will the custom’s charge him when he gets it?
I’m ordering a notebook through aafes.com to be shipped to a friend in Argentina. will he get charged customs or taxes or any fees?
Considering how the package will be sent and the number of airport, handlers and countries it will pass through, I wonder what the chances are it will arrive. There are a lot of sticky fingers on the way.
