Could I possibly sue Gateway?
Hi. I have a Gateway notebook. For a couple months now I have had a red mark on my left leg from the heat of my laptop. I know that in Apples notebook manual they warn that you shouldn’t put it on your lap. But if it doesn’t warn about not putting it on your lap in Gateway’s manual, can I possibly sue them? Right after I finish using my lap top, the mark is really red, but even if i haven’t been using my laptop, the mark is like little swirls or lines in my skin. Also, how can I heal my skin? Thanks.
You could sue Gateway, but you probably won’t have much success. They are probably going to bring up a bunch of legal documents, and I highly doubt that the case is actually going to go to court. Even if the case did go to court Gateway is going to have a lot of lawyers protecting it. You are probably not going to win the case.
Treatment for your burns: Aloe. It works best. Take a leaf and peel off the skin on the leaf, then rub it on the burn. The redness should go away in about three days.
