HP LAPTOP PHILIPPINES NOTEBOOKS
Can a HP TV TUNER work well here in the Philippines?
I really cannot understand how it works with a laptop…I wonder how I could actually watch live tv and then record it on my notebook..I’m using Windows Vista home Premium..I suppose TV TUNERS work only on countries with available services for it such as U.S.A..
