Vivo has launched two more Y series smartphones in India. Called Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i, these smartphones are priced at Rs 12,990 and Rs 11,490 respectively. Vivo notes that the Y20 Series fulfills the company's 'Make in India' commitment and is manufactured at Vivo's plant in Greater Noida. Vivo Y20 and Y20i are equipped with a 6.51-inch Halo iView display with HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 mobile platform paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM, but only 64GB of storage. The internal memory can be expanded up to 256 GB using a microSD card.
For photography, both phones have three cameras on the back. This setup includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel lenses. There is an 8-megapixel camera with AI support for selfies. Compared to the Vivo Y19, this phone falls down significantly in the camera department.
