Ranjit Barot and the smugglers
The Contraband is an amalgamation of percussionist Ranjit Barot's influence and bringing songs to the jazz rock genre. The band consists of talented and sensitive musicians who are able to interpret Ranjith's unique songwriting skills. From Mohini Dey, who has mentored her since the age of 12, to her husband Mark Hartsuch, a talented saxophonist, to keyboard player Rahul Wadhwani, this group was able to transform the evening's performance. .
