Tecno launched the new Spark 10 series in South Africa, ushering in a new era of selfie phones in the segment. The Spark 10 series offers high-end features including an ultra-clear 32-megapixel front camera, adjustable dual flash, and a powerful MediaTek Helio G88 gaming processor.
Spark 10 Pro is the flagship model in the series with advanced features designed for selfie lovers. The ultra-clear 32 MP front camera with dual flash allows users to take selfies in all lighting conditions. The camera features HW Remosaic 4-in-1 technology, which combines small pixels into larger pixels to create sharper and more detailed photos.
In addition to its camera capabilities, Spark10 Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G88 gaming processor that delivers high-level performance for creators and gamers. The chipset features a dual-core octa-core Arm Cortex-A75 processor clocked at up to 2 GHz for fast and responsive response. It also includes Memory Fusion technology, which increases the RAM capacity of the entire Spark 10 series to 16 GB, while the SPARK 10 Pro includes up to 256 GB of ROM and 16 GB of RAM (8 GB expandable ).
The Spark 10 series also features an advanced 50-megapixel AI camera with support for ASD mode and 3D LUT technology that delivers natural-looking images that perfectly match skin tones. Smart Beauty Mode enhances portraits, Super Night Filters and Super Night Dual Flash Algorithm enhance night photography. Vlogging is now more fun with Spark Series 10 with beauty mode, AR stickers, HDR, bokeh and cinematic mode.
The Spark 10 Series features a glossy, durable glass back that feels smooth, comfortable in the hand, and feels natural against the skin. The dual cameras and smart headlight form a triple ring, while the edges of the phone are flat, giving it a premium, minimalist look. The phone is available in different colors like Starry Black and Pearl White for the Spark 10 Pro and Meta Black, Meta Blue, Meta White and Meta Green for the other models.
The Spark 10 series also includes an ultra-high definition display and a large 6.8-inch FHD display that delivers an immersive cinema-like viewing experience. The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging for long battery life. Tecno Spark 10 series (except Spark 10C) runs on Android 13 HiOS 12.6 software which improves user experience.
The Spark 10 series includes three models: Spark 10 Pro, Spark 10C, and Spark 10 5G (on supported 5G networks and newer than the other two models). The entire range is available now in South Africa at a suggested retail price of R6999 for Spark 10 Pro and R3499 for Spark 10C (Spark 10 5G price TBC).
