Vivo S17 Pro Reportedly Spotted On 3C Website; Camera Specifications Tipped
The Vivo S17 Pro is said to be in development. The Vivo S17 series is expected to replace the Vivo 16 series, which included the Vivo S16, Vivo S16e, and Vivo S16 Pro. Likewise, the S17 lineup will likely include the Vivo S17, Vivo S17e, and Vivo S17 Pro models. The company hasn't confirmed any details or even officially announced the phone. Previous reports on the Vivo S17 Pro revealed some key specs. A new leak now presents the camera specifications of the alleged phone.
According to a report by Digital Chat Station, the Vivo S17 Pro is expected to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 sensor . for photos in the triple rear camera.
The phone was reportedly spotted on the 3C certification site under the model number V2284A. According to a report by Gizmochina, the Vivo S17 Pro could launch on June 12th. A previous leak suggested that the phone should be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, and it was also reported to support 80W wired charging.
The next smartphone should replace the Vivo S16 Pro, which was released in December 2022. The model is available in Black and Yan Ruyu (localized) color variants. The price is 3,299 CNY (about 39,000 rupees) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and 3,599 CNY (about 42,600 rupees) for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant.
The Vivo S16 Pro is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimension 8200 octa-core SoC paired with a Mali G610 GPU and LPDDR5 RAM. The phone's triple rear camera is equipped with a 50 MP primary sensor Sony IMX766V with OIS, as well as an 8 MP wide-angle sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. The phone packs a 4,600mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.
